Returns
Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, we accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used consumable products (e.g., oils, edibles, teas)
- Gift cards
- Personal care items that have been opened
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
